DESCRIPTION:Appointments are available in DuPage County for residents seeki
 ng financial assistance to help pay their gas and electric bills\n\nDuPage
  County and Township General Assistance Offices will begin scheduling appo
 intments for the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) for:\n
 \n 	Individuals with disabilities\n 	Families with children 5 years and yo
 unger\n 	Households that have had their utilities disconnected or have rec
 eived a disconnection notice\n 	Adults age 60 or older\n\nIf you're a DuPa
 ge County resident seeking financial assistance to help pay your gas and e
 lectric bills\, call and schedule an appointment. The application window f
 or the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program will re-open on Oct. 1.\n
 \nThe program will receive applications on a first-come\, first-served bas
 is for income-eligible households through Aug. 15\, 2025.\n\nGet the lates
