 r disease between the ages of 8 and 17\n\nThe Muscular Dystrophy Associati
 on (MDA) will host campers at Timber Pointe Outdoor Center in Hudson\, Ill
 .\, from July 30 to Aug. 4.\n\nMDA Summer Camp provides participants an op
 portunity to discover new interests\, gain self-confidence\, make lifelong
  friendships and experience the independence of being away from home in a 
 safe\, inclusive environment.\n\nCamp activities are adapted for all abili
 ties and include:\n\n 	Arts and crafts\n 	Sports and games\n 	Meeting new 
 friends\n 	Traditional camp activities\n\nCampers are paired with camp cou
 nselors to help with activities of daily living and personal care.\n\nTher
 e is no cost to families.\n\nFor more information and to sign up\, visit t
