DESCRIPTION:A free retreat for moms of children with special needs\n\nJoin 
 Star Net Region V for its 2023 Moms Retreat: "Relax\, Relate\, Release: Cr
 eating Space for Positivity and Self Care!" on Aug. 12-13 at the Q Center 
 in St. Charles.\n\nThe Star Net V team is ready to help moms create a spac
 e for positivity and self-care with other mothers of children with special
  needs.\n\nParticipants will have an opportunity to get rid of their tensi
 on and negative energy built up from everyday stress. Participants will le
 ave feeling refreshed and ready to have a positive year with new tools to 
 practice self-care and remove stress.\n\nActivities will include:\n\n 	Yog
 a with guided meditation\n 	Personal massage\n 	Guided nature\n 	Courtyard
  games\n 	Art for a purpose and more\n\nThe retreat is free.\n\nSpots are 
 limited and available on a first-come\, first-served basis. Please cancel 
 your reservation online before July 31 if you are unable to attend so that
