DESCRIPTION:Opportunity for moms of special needs children to relax\, refre
 sh and rejuvenate\n\nSTARnet Regions I\, III and IV invite mothers of chil
 dren with special needs to attend the second annual Mom's Retreat in Carbo
 ndale on March 11-12.\n\nThe retreat aims to help moms relax\, refresh and
  rejuvenate with other mothers who share common experiences. Participants 
 will be able to network\, join activities and enjoy some peace and quiet o
 n their own.\n\nThe cost to attend is $25 to cover retreat expenses.\n\nTh
 e retreat begins at 9 a.m. on March 11 and concludes on March 12 at 11:30
