DESCRIPTION:Retreat for moms of children with disabilities.\n\nSTARnet Regi
 ons I\, III and IV invite mothers to relax and rejuvenate with other moms 
 who share common experiences raising children with special needs.  There 
 will be opportunities to get information\, network\, relax\, enjoy activit
 ies and simply have some peace and quiet on your own.\n\nThe retreat begin
 s Saturday\, Jan. 19\, at 9 a.m. and concludes Sunday\, Jan. 20\, at 11:30
  a.m.  The cost is $50\, which includes all meals and overnight accommoda
