DESCRIPTION:A fun\, in-person gathering for siblings ages 8 to 14 of kids w
 ith disabilities\n\nOptions &amp\; Advocacy for McHenry County is hosting 
 its next Sibshops Workshop on Oct. 7 from 9 to 11:30 a.m.\n\nGroups will m
 eet monthly on the first Saturday of each month through May 2024.\n\nSibsh
 ops are lively celebrations of the many contributions made by brothers and
  sisters of kids with special needs. Sibshops are not therapy\, although t
 heir effect may be therapeutic for some children.\n\nActivities will inclu
 de:\n\n 	Games\n 	Making new friends\n 	Discussion activities\n\nSiblings 
 ages 8 to 14 of a person with a developmental\, medical or mental health d
 iagnosis are welcome.\n\nThe cost is $5 per child per session. A discount 
 is available for families with multiple siblings.\n\nIf you need a scholar
