DESCRIPTION:A free opportunity for families with a child with significant h
 ealth challenges to enjoy a safe\, camp getaway experience\n\nNorth Star R
 each is a fully accessible medical camp that serves children with signific
 ant health challenges and their families\, all at no charge to them.\n\nTh
 e camp is located in Pinckney\, about 30 minutes northwest of Ann Arbor\, 
 Mich.\n\nAll “General Sessions” are open to families with a child who 
 has any serious medical diagnosis. To be eligible\, the child who has a se
 rious health challenge must be 17 years old or younger (infants are welcom
 e).\n\nFall Campily Retreats are scheduled on:\n\n 	Sept. 9 - 11: General 
 Session (Epilepsy)\n 	Sept. 23 - 25: General Session\n 	Oct. 21 - 23: Gene
 ral Session (DMUM - Dance Marathon at the University of Michigan)\n\nCampi
 ly Retreats give campers and their families the opportunity to enjoy respi
 te\, recreation and the joy of togetherness.\n\nProgramming is family-focu
 sed. Each family will receive a unique schedule to help them create family
  memories as they explore camp\, enjoy nature and rejuvenate through the p
 ower of play.\n\nApply online to attend the Fall Campily Retreats. Enrolme
