SUMMARY:North Star Reach Transplant Camp-at-Home (Camp Michitanki)
DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;\n\nVirtual camp for youth who've received a transplant 
 and those with congenital adrenal hyperplasia\n\nNorth Star Reach is a ful
 ly accessible medical camp that serves children with significant health ch
 allenges and their families\, all at no charge to them.\n\nNorth Star is o
 ffering a series of Camp-at-Home sessions for summer 2021. The sessions co
 nnect campers with similar medical conditions and provide community-buildi
 ng experiences through secure online gathering spaces.\n\nCampers will enj
 oy an engaging lineup of real-time camp clubs with:\n\n 	Special guests\n 
 	Game-themed programs\n 	All-new camp-in-a-box experiences\n 	Cabin chats 
 and more\n\nThese virtual programs are offered at no charge.\n\nTransplant
  Camp (Camp Michitanki) is for children who have had a transplant and thos
 e with congenital adrenal hyperplasia. It will take place June 15-18.\n\nT
 he program is open to children ages 7-15 years old with this diagnosis.\n\
