DESCRIPTION:A transition fair for high school and transition students with 
 disabilities and their families to connect with essential resources for fu
 ture planning\n\nThe Options Fair Committee is hosting the Options Fair 20
 22 on April 21 from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.\n\nThe event will be held at Mundelei
 n High School\, 1350 W. Hawley St.\, in Mundelein.\n\nOptions Fair 2022 is
  a transition fair for high school and transition students with disabiliti
 es and their families.  Agencies will be available to provide information
  about resources in Cook and Lake counties in areas such as:\n\n 	Advocacy
 /Family Services\n 	Educational &amp\; Transition Programs\n 	Employment\n
