DESCRIPTION:Outreach clinics for students&#8217\; physicals and immunizatio
 ns are happening in every Macoupin County school district\nIn August\, the
  Macoupin County Public Health Department (MCPHD) will provide outreach cl
 inics for students&#8217\; physicals and immunizations. Clinics will take 
 place in every Macoupin County school district.\nIn Illinois\, children en
 tering pre-K\, kindergarten\, sixth\, ninth and 12th grades have exam and 
 immunization requirements.\nThe Macoupin County Medical Mobile Unit will p
 rovide physicals and immunizations on Aug. 8 from 3 to 6:30 p.m. at Bunker
  Hill School District in Bunker Hill\nSports physicals for youth in sixth 
 through 12th grade will also be available.\nSchedule your appointment for 
 the Bunker Hill School District clinic.\nThe clinic will schedule appointm
 ent times in the order it receives requests. MCPHD staff will contact indi
 viduals to confirm appointment times. You may receive an appointment time 
 different from the time you requested.\nAppointments are required.  The c
 linic will not accept walk-ins.Registration for each clinic will close the
