 y.\n\nThe 10th Annual Retreat Yourself in Rockford will be Oct. 19-21.  C
 heck in is at 5 p.m.\, retreat begins at 6 p.m.\n\nEnjoy a weekend away ne
 tworking and gaining resources from other caregivers of children with deve
 lopmental disabilities.  The keynote speakers will be Nancy and Bridget B
 rown.  Other activities include:\n\n 	Meditation Techniques by Dr. Shanti
  Hulsebus\n 	Self-Defense Classe by Jimmie Getter from Rockford Sexual Ass
 ault Counseling\n 	Keto/Paleo Cooking with Thomas Sullivan\, Executive Che
 f at Biloit Memorial Hospital\n 	Painting by Angie Scordato\n 	Pampering:
   massage\, nails\, haircuts and Reflexology\n\nA limited amount of guar
 anteed private rooms are available for $130.00 (first come only). Otherwi
