  monthly support group meeting for parents of children with special health
 care needs from noon to 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 17.\n\nThis month's featured spe
 akers are Amy Newell and Pat Kline from The Arc. Their presentation is ent
 itled\, "Future Planning for Children and Adults with Intellectual and/or 
 Developmental Disabilities."\n\nThe group is free and open to the public\,
