SUMMARY:Saturday Clubs Program for Youth and Young Adults in Springfield
DESCRIPTION:A free series of beginner and advanced classes on cooking\, mus
 ic and art for sixth grade through college-age students\n\nThird Presbyter
 ian Church's Summer Clubs will begin on July 9. The two-hour classes will 
 meet each Saturday through July 30 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 to 3 p.m. 
 Beginner and advanced level classes are available.\n\nClasses are at Third
  Presbyterian Church\, 1030 North Seventh St.\, in Springfield.\n\nThe Sat
 urday Clubs are a great place to make friends\, learn new skills and explo
 re your interests in:\n\n 	Cooking - Chef Jacqueline Jarju will help you c
 reate tasty meals while learning about proper food handling and preparatio
 n.\n\n 	\n\n 	The beginner class is from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.\n 	The advance
 d class is from 1 to 3 p.m.\n\n\n\n\n 	Music - Join Dequan Stamps to explo
 re a variety of music genres\, learn to play rhythm instruments and create
  musical presentations.\n 	Art from Upcycling - Springfield Art Associatio
 n artist Alana Reynolds will lead participants in using recycled materials
  from the Creative Reuse Marketplace to create works of art.\n\n 	\n\n 	Th
 e advanced sessions for both the music and art from upcycling classes will
  be from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.\n 	The beginner classes will be from 1 to 3 p.
 m.\n\n\n\n\n\nYouth must be in at least the sixth grade to participate.\n\
