DESCRIPTION:A free basic yoga and mindfulness workshop for siblings and fam
 ilies of children with disabilities\n\nStarNet Regions I &amp\; III invite
 s families to join a Sibling Support Workshop on Nov. 18 from 10 a.m. to 1
 :15 p.m. The workshop is in collaboration with Florissa\, Easter Seals Chi
 cago and Greater Rockford\, and Kreider Services Inc.\,\n\nThe event will 
 cover basic yoga and mindfulness practices.\n\nYoga instructor Kara Schaba
 cker will walk families through:\n\n 	Understanding how mindfulness-based 
 strategies can improve self-regulation\, confidence and body awareness\n 	
 Exploring multi-sensory breathing techniques\n 	Using self-care strategies
 \n\nKara has more than 13 years of training and experience as a yoga teach
 er. She uses yoga as a preventative approach to healing\, mental health an
