DESCRIPTION:An in-person event where siblings of children with disabilities
  have fun\, meet peers and hang out\n\nNorthwest Special Recreation Associ
 ation (NWSRA) is hosting Sibshops on April 21 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.\n\nTh
 e event will be held at Central Community Center\, 1000 W. Central Road\, 
 in Mount Prospect.\n\nSibshops provide siblings of children with disabilit
 ies the chance to meet new friends\, engage in peer support\, hang out and
  participate in a wide variety of recreational activities.\n\nSibshops are
  intended for siblings ages 8 to 12 years old.\n\nIn addition\, NWSRA offe
 rs a parent meeting at the same time as the SibShops program. Parents are 
 invited to meet\, chat\, learn about additional resources and discuss issu
 es they may be facing as a family.\n\nThe parent meeting is on a drop-in b
 asis. Reservations are not needed.\n\nGet the Sibshops flyer in English or
  Spanish.\n\nSibshops is free\, but registration is required. Get a regist
