  Needs Community Resource Fair" on Sept. 20 from 7 to 8 p.m.\n\nThe event 
 will be at the Moose Lodge\, 1030 Warren Ave.\, Downers Grove.\n\nCome mix
 \, mingle and learn about a wide range of resources available to students 
 with disabilities throughout the community.\n\nRepresentatives will be on-
