 ties\n\nDo you want to make your life healthier?\n\n"Spring Into Health" c
 lasses will be held via Zoom beginning on March 10 from 12 - 1 p.m. In col
 laboration with Health Matters\, classes will meet every Thursday for the 
 next five weeks.\n\nJoin presenter Erin Shy for an hour each week to learn
  more about how you can make healthy lifestyle habits a part of your daily
  living.\n\nUsing the evidence-based Health Matters: The Exercise and Nutr
 ition Health Education Curriculum for People with Developmental Disabiliti
