SUMMARY:STAR NET Region V's Winter Moms' Retreat
DESCRIPTION:A free retreat for moms of children with special needs\n\nSave 
 the date for STAR NET Region V's "Winter Moms' Retreat: Self-Regulation is
  Self-Care!" on Jan. 25. Registration will open in early December. Spaces 
 will fill up fast.\n\nThe STAR NET V team is ready to help moms create a s
 pace for positivity and self-care with other mothers of children with spec
 ial needs.\n\nThe retreat is free.\n\nMoms  of children ages birth to 8 w
 ith an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)\, Individualized Educatio
 n Program (IEP) or 504\, and who live in Chicago will receive priority to 
 attend.\n\nRegister for STAR NET Region V's Moms' Retreat. Spots are limit
 ed and available on a first-come\, first-served basis.
