DESCRIPTION:Attend this statewide conference to help prepare young adults f
 or life's changes.\n\nThe 10th annual Stepping Stones of Transition Confer
 ence is for high school-aged students and young adults with disabilities\,
  their family members\, teachers\, vocational professionals\, caregivers\,
  health care professionals and advocates. It offers opportunities to expan
 d the vision of what is possible in areas of independent living\, educatio
 n and training\, employment\, community inclusion\, health care and self-a
 dvocacy.\nWhat You'll Learn\nConsider these numbers from the U.S. Census B
 ureau's most recent report. They show the importance of preparing young a
 dults with vocational skills\, and creating more job opportunities for peo
 ple with disabilities.\n\n\n\nYou'll learn about so much more than just em
 ployment. During 41 break-out sessions\, 4 general sessions\, and 2 dynam
 ic keynote presentations by Denise Bissonnette and Patrick Schwarz\, a wid
 e variety of transition topics will promote better outcomes for students w
 ith disabilities transitioning to adult life. Full descriptions of all ses
 sions\, information about the speakers\, and a link to registration inform
