SUMMARY:The COMPASS Program Webinar Series
DESCRIPTION:A free\, 10-week virtual program for parents and professionals 
 providing training\, resources and practical guidance for supporting child
 ren with disabilities\n\nJoin Family Matters Parent Training and Informati
 on Center (FMPTIC) for the COMPASS Program. This is a 10-week training des
 igned to empower parents\, caregivers and professionals to support childre
 n with disabilities. The program will begin on Jan. 29 at 12 p.m.\n\nThe C
 OMPASS Program will provide resources and practical guidance on navigating
 :\n\n 	Special education systems\n 	Understanding advocacy strategies\n 	F
 ostering collaboration between families and schools\n\nTo gain the most fr
 om the program\, participants must be willing and commit to:\n\n 	Watch an
  uploaded session each week\n 	Complete a pre-test and post-test\n 	Take a
  weekly quiz to assess understanding\n\nParticipants should also be comfor
 table with using Google Classroom to access materials\, submit assignments
  and track progress.\n\nTo start the registration process\, please complet
 e the COMPASS Program Google Form. A Family Matters PTIC team member will
