 pril 22 beginning at 1 p.m.\n\nFamilies with children who are deaf and har
 d of hearing can have fun at this colorful and fun-filled event.\n\nPartic
 ipants of all ages will enjoy:\n\n 	Making new friends and catching up wit
 h old ones\n 	Tie dyeing a t-shirt\n 	Storytime\n\nLight refreshments will
