The camp provides fun and tran sformative experiences for campers ages 7 to 21 with serious illnesses and their families. FHF offers family\, overnight and sibling camps in spring \, summer and fall.\nSummer Camp sessions for children and youth with a va riety of diagnoses and conditions will run from June 8 to Aug. 10.\nFHF wi ll host “\;Trailblazer Adolescent Young Adult Camp”\; from Aug. 8-10. Camper check-in is from 1 to 4 p.m. Camper check-out is at 11 a.m.\n Campers come from throughout the country. Their illnesses and diagnoses in clude:\n\nHeart and lung conditions\nBlood disorders\nLung conditions\nGas trointestinal disorders\nCraniofacial and spinal cord diagnoses\nMental he alth conditions and more\n\nThere is no cost to attend camp sessions at Fl ying Horse Farms.
