DESCRIPTION:Explore and learn at this free event for parents/caregivers of 
 high school juniors and seniors with disabilities through age 22\n\nThe Tr
 ansition Planning Committee for McLean\, DeWitt and Logan Counties (TPC 14
 \, Region 3) will host its Transition Fair and Open House on April 2 from 
 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.\n\nConnect with local organizations and learn about
  area resources serving people with disabilities at this free\, open-house
 -style event.\n\nThe event will feature more than 40 vendors offering info
 rmation about their organizations.\n\nBe sure to stop by the Division of S
 pecialized Care for Children (DSCC)’s display. Our team can answer your 
 questions about how DSCC helps families and give you a copy of our Transit
 ion Toolkit (the Transition Toolkit is also available in Spanish).\n\nThe
  open house will also include three breakout sessions:\n\n 	10:30 to 11 a.
