 EXT STEPS Transition Team is hosting an open house/agency fair to help fam
 ilies of special needs students prepare for life after public high school.
 \n\nThe event is scheduled for Oct. 23 at the Bourbonnais Public Library. 
 It will focus on all areas of transition\, including education\, training\
 , employment and independent living.\n\nA number of organizations\, includ
 ing UIC's Division of Specialized Care for Children\, will have representa
 tives available to provide information and answer questions.
