SUMMARY:Transition Fair in Normal
DESCRIPTION:A free transition fair for high school juniors and seniors with
  disabilities and their parents at Heartland Community College in Normal\n
 \nJoin the Transition Planning Committee (TPC14\, Region 3) for their Tran
 sition Fair on April 5.  Participants may attend a morning block option f
 rom 9 - 11 a.m. or an afternoon block option from 12:30 - 2:30 p.m.\n\nThe
  Transition Fair is being held at Heartland Community College Astroth Comm
 unity Education Center\, 1500 W. Raab Road\, in Normal.\n\nHigh school jun
 iors and seniors (through age 22) with disabilities and their parents are 
 encouraged to attend. The morning and afternoon blocks will cover the same
  information.\n\nParticipants may choose one presentation from each of the
 se sessions:\n\n 	Session 1:\n\n 	Social Security\n 	College Accommodation
 s &amp\; HALO\n\n\n 	Session 2:\n\n 	Panel on Social/Recreational Opportun
 ities\n 	Housing Rental Basics\n\n\n\nDozens of vendors will also be on-si
 te to answer questions and provide information about their organizations a
