SUMMARY:Transition Fair in Red Bud
DESCRIPTION:Open to all transition-aged special education students\, parent
 s/guardians and teachers in Monroe and Randolph counties.\n\nThe 13th Annu
 al Transition Fair is scheduled for March 21 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Sout
 hwestern Illinois College Red Bud Campus.\n\nThe event feature hands-on ac
 tivities for students to gain knowledge toward post-secondary goals. Commu
 nity resources will also be available to help participants plan for the f
 uture.\n\nUIC Division of Specialized Care for Children staff will be avai
 lable to discuss how we can help youth and families prepare for the transi
 tion to adulthood and meet their goals.
