DESCRIPTION:Offering the Pfizer vaccine for individuals with disabilities a
 nd their caregivers\n\nThe Itasca Park District is hosting a COVID-19 vacc
 ination clinic on April 20.\n\nThe clinic is primarily for individuals wit
 h disabilities and their caregivers.\n\nThe eligibility requirements are:\
 n\n 	A person with a disability or their caregiver who is 16 years old or 
 older\n 	A senior age 65 or older\n 	A person with a medical condition who
  is 16 years or older\n\nThe second dose of the vaccine will be given on M
 ay 11.\n\nIf you meet the above criteria\, please call the Itasca Park Dis
 trict at (630) 773-2257 to schedule an appointment. Spots are limited.\n\n
