DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;\n\nJoin the premiere of the "Visualizing Loss" film and
  panel discussion\n\nBereavement following the death of a child remains la
 rgely hidden.\n\nJoin the Pediatric Palliative Care Coalition and the Univ
 ersity of Pittsburgh School of Public Health for their Firefly Chat and th
 e premiere of "Visualizing Loss" on Nov. 8 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. This spe
 cial two-hour event will be on Zoom.\n\nFive families from across Pennsylv
 ania created their own videos to share their unique bereavement experience
 s. Their films show the complexities and depth of their grief journeys.\n\
 nEach film is completely unique. Woven together\, they foster:\n\n 	Unders
 tanding of families’ experiences\n 	Deeper awareness about navigating en
 d-of-life and the death of a child with a life-limiting illness\n 	Visuali
 zation of loss\n\nParticipants can join the panel discussion featuring the
  parents and members of the project team after the film.\n\nThe Visualizin
 g Loss project seeks to increase understanding and shape future programs a
 nd policies to better support families navigating the grief process after
