DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;\n\nSubmit your video to the youth debate program for mi
 ddle school and high students who are deaf and hard of hearing!\n\nDo you 
 love debating? Take a side and submit your three- to five-minute video sp
 eech to the Youth Debate Bowl!\n\nGallaudet University's Youth Debate Bowl
  is a collaboration of their Youth Programs and the Center for Democracy i
 n Deaf America. The Youth Debate Bowl is accepting video submissions throu
 gh Nov. 17.\n\nCreate a video using stories\, logic and evidence to convin
 ce the audience about your argument.\n\nThe bowl is open to middle and hig
 h school students who are deaf or hard of hearing. You can participate reg
 ardless of your signing ability. (If speaking\, please caption your video 
 or provide a transcript).\n\nPresent your argument using either the affirm
 ative (agreeing) or the negative (disagreeing) point of view using the top
 ic for your age group:\n\n 	Middle schoolers will argue whether or not the
  United States should ban TikTok.\n 	High schoolers will argue whether or 
 not voting should be mandatory.\n\nYou can post submissions via a YouTube 
 link that's included in the online registration form. Please make sure jud
 ges can review your submission by setting your video to unlisted or public
 .\n\nStudents making it to the final stage will win a free trip to Washing
