 d their caregivers covering Illinois healthcare coverage options\, importa
 nt services and benefits\n\nThe Arc of Illinois Family to Family Health In
 formation Center and Family Voices of Illinois is hosting “Illinois Heal
 thcare Coverage Options and Benefits Information for People With Disabilit
 ies” via Zoom on Sept. 14 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.\n\nJoin experts from var
 ious state and federal programs to learn about topics including:\n\n 	Medi
 caid programs and the application process\n 	Supplemental Security Income 
 (SSI) for children and youth with special healthcare needs (CYSHCN)\n 	Eli
 gibility for adults with disabilities for SSI and Supplemental Security Di
 sability Income (SSDI)\n 	Programs for children with special healthcare ne
 eds\n 	Expanded access to mental health services\n 	Transition planning an
 d services\n\nThe Division of Specialized Care for Children (DSCC) will al
 so help present. Our Home Care Family Outreach Associate Erica Stearns wil
 l share information and answer questions during the Medicaid Waivers for C
 hildren-Parent Stories panel. Erica is also the mother of two children on 
 the Home and Community-Based Services Waiver for Individuals Who Are Medic
 ally Fragile Technology Dependent (MFTD).\n\nThe cost to attend the confer
 ence is:\n\n 	Members of The Arc - $80 per professional and $40 per self-a
 dvocate/family member.\n 	Non-members - $140 per professional and $75 per 
 self-advocate/family member.\n\nThe Spanish session on September 19 is fre
 e (see the special note included on the conference schedule).\n\n 	Confere

 amilies and self-advocates.\n\nThe Family to Family Health Information Cen
 ter (F2FHIC) Stipend is for families with children up to age 21 with any d

 lish\n 	Get the F2FHIC fillable form in Spanish\n\nConsumer Stipend Funds 
 are for self-advocates over 21 and family members/guardians of a person ov
