 bilities\n\nMothers of children with disabilities are invited to attend a 
 virtual "Nurturing Yourself in this Challenging Time" retreat to connect w
 ith others and themselves.\n\nThe retreat will be a webinar format on Apri
 l 10 from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.  There will be a one-hour break at 1 p.m
 .\n\nThis webinar will be interactive and engaging\, taking participants t
 o another level of self-care and understanding the importance of taking ca
 re of the mental and physical self.\n\nElizabeth Frisbie will present “S
 oul Collage: Connecting to Each Other and Ourselves Through Intuitive Art 
 Making”.  She will share the Soul Collage process and reasons to incorp
 orate relaxation and art-making into daily life as a way to keep ourselves
  emotionally and mentally strong during stressful times.\n\nSign up online
