 ics related to the transition to adult care\n\nThe Transition to Adult Car
 e Team at Ann &amp\; Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago is hos
 ting a virtual summer SAILS (Supporting Adolescents With Independent Life 
 Skills) program.\n\nThe program includes a series of educational sessions 
 on a variety of Transition to Adult Care topics\, including:\n\n 	Understa
 nding your benefits as an adult\n 	Panel presentation of young adults\n 	C
 ollege readiness\n\nThe SAILS sessions will be virtual using Microsoft Tea
 ms. A call-in option is also available.\n\nThe sessions take place on Wedn
 esdays from 6 to 7 p.m. through Sept. 8.\n\nThe Aug. 25 session on mental 
 health with presenter Megan Lerner\, LCSW\, Lurie Children's Pritzker Depa
 rtment of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health.\n\nMeeting log-in information 
 and a full schedule of upcoming SAILS sessions are posted on the Lurie web
