 ics related to the transition to adult care\n\nThe Transition to Adult Car
 e Team at Ann &amp\; Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago is hos
 ting a virtual summer SAILS (Supporting Adolescents With Independent Life 
 Skills) program.\n\nThe program includes a series of educational sessions 
 on a variety of Transition to Adult Care topics\, including:\n\n 	Practici
 ng healthcare skills\n 	Understanding your benefits as an adult\n 	Adult g
 uardianship\n\nThe SAILS sessions will be virtual using Microsoft Teams. A
  call-in option is also available.\n\nThe sessions take place on Wednesday
 s from 6 to 7 p.m. through Sept. 8. (Please note there is no session on Ju
 ly 28.)\n\nThe July 7 session will focus on adult guardianship with presen
 ter Greenlight Family Services.\n\nMeeting log-in information and a full s
 chedule of upcoming SAILS sessions are posted on the Lurie website. \n\nF
