DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;\n\nA series of educational sessions on a variety of top
 ics related to the transition to adult care\n\nThe Transition to Adult Car
 e Team at Ann &amp\; Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago is hos
 ting a virtual summer SAILS (Supporting Adolescents With Independent Life 
 Skills) program.\n\nThe program includes a series of educational sessions 
 on a variety of Transition to Adult Care topics\, including:\n\n 	Practici
 ng healthcare skills\n 	Understanding your benefits as an adult\n 	Mental 
 health\n\nThe SAILS sessions will be virtual using Microsoft Teams. A call
 -in option is also available.\n\nThe sessions take place on Wednesdays fro
 m 6 to 7 p.m. through Sept. 8. (Please note there is no session on July 28
 .)\n\nThe July 21 session will focus on job readiness with presenter Jewis
 h Child &amp\; Family Services (JCFS).\n\nMeeting log-in information and a
  full schedule of upcoming SAILS sessions are posted on the Lurie website.
