 ics related to the transition to adult care\n\nThe Transition to Adult Car
 e Team at Ann &amp\; Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago is hos
 ting a virtual summer SAILS (Supporting Adolescents With Independent Life 
 Skills) program.\n\nThe program includes a series of educational sessions 
 on a variety of Transition to Adult Care topics\, including:\n\n 	Understa
 nding your benefits as an adult\n 	Mental health\n 	College readiness\n\nT
 he SAILS sessions will be virtual using Microsoft Teams. A call-in option 
 is also available.\n\nThe sessions take place on Wednesdays from 6 to 7 p.
 m. through Sept. 8.\n\nThe Aug. 18 session is for parents and will focus o
 n letting go with presenter Jill Weissberg-Benchell\, Ph.D.\n\nMeeting log
 -in information and a full schedule of upcoming SAILS sessions are posted 
 on the Lurie website. \n\nFeel free to attend as many sessions as you wou
