 ics related to the transition to adult care\n\nThe Transition to Adult Car
 e Team at Ann &amp\; Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago is hos
 ting a virtual summer SAILS (Supporting Adolescents With Independent Life 
 Skills) program.\n\nThe program includes a series of educational sessions 
 on a variety of Transition to Adult Care topics.\n\nThe SAILS sessions wil
 l be virtual using Microsoft Teams. A call-in option is also available.\n\
 nThe sessions take place on Wednesdays from 6 to 7 p.m. through Sept. 8.\n
 \nThe Sept. 1 session will focus on college readiness.\n\nMeeting log-in i
 nformation and a full schedule of upcoming SAILS sessions are posted on th
 e Lurie website. \n\nFeel free to attend as many sessions as you would li
