 adults ages 14 to 21 living with chronic illness explore who they are and 
 how to share their stories with others\n\nNorth Star Reach is hosting an o
 nline teen conference\, "You Will Be Found\," on June 17 from 4 to 9 p.m.\
 n\nThe perception of self or self-concept plays a central role in emotiona
 l well-being. This conference will focus on helping participants find thei
 r own stories\, share them and discover that they are far from alone in th
 is journey of life.\n\nCommunity specialists\, local celebrities and camp 
 leaders will help young adults:\n\n 	Network and build community\n 	Create
  a strong sense of self-identity\n 	Know where to find information and res
 ources\n\nTeens who have not been diagnosed with a health challenge are al
 so welcome to participate.\n\nThe event is free\, but you must register.\n
