DESCRIPTION:IDHS' Home Services Program will host important virtual town ha
 ll meetings in May for program families and providers\n\nThe Illinois Depa
 rtment of Human Services (IDHS)\, Division of Rehabilitation Services\, Ho
 me Services Program (HSP) will host a virtual town hall meeting for famili
 es/customers and providers on May 29 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.\n\nHSP will 
 host three town hall meetings in May. Each meeting will cover the same inf
 ormation.\n\nTown hall participants can share their input and:\n\n 	Learn 
 about new services that may soon be available\n 	Hear about HSP's intent t
 o merge three Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Waivers (Persons wi
 th Disabilities\, Persons with HIV/AIDS  and Persons with Brain Injury) i
 nto one waiver.\n 	Talk with HSP leaders and provide feedback\n\nParticipa
 nts can join the May 29 meeting on Webex. You can also use the call-in op
 tion at 1-312-535-8110. The meeting code is 2869 203 6935.\n\nAmerican Sig
 n Language (ASL) interpreters will be available. To request an additional
