 y Center is hosting a free virtual workshop\, "It's About Time! - Tools to
  Support Time Management for All Ages\," on Jan. 13 from 1 to 2 p.m.\n\nTh
 e workshop will provide a quick introduction to a variety of tools that su
 pport time management\, such as clocks\, timers and alarms.\n\nThe discuss
 ion will include strategies for incorporating tools into daily routines at
  home\, school activities and the workplace.\n\nThe demonstrations will in
 clude tools that can benefit people with disabilities\, such as ADHD\, exe
