SUMMARY:Virtual Young Adult Writers Workshop
DESCRIPTION:A six-week writers workshop via Zoom for young adults ages 18 a
 nd older with and without disabilities\n\nTellin' Tales Theatre will host 
 the Young Adults Writers Workshop from June 2 to July 7 from 6:30 to 7:30 
 p.m. The workshop will be held each Wednesday via Zoom.\n\nThe program cul
 minates in a live performance on July 24. Writers will have the option of 
 performing live at the Sulzer Regional Library\, 4455 N. Lincoln Ave.\, in
  Chicago or videotaping their story to show live during the performance.\n
 \nA taped video performance will also be available on Vimeo from July 23 t
 hrough 31.\n\nThis year’s writers workshop theme is “Connecting the Do
 ts”.  Each writer will examine experiences and events from their lives 
 to find the “big picture.” Students will learn:\n\n 	Collaboration sk
 ills\n 	Specific writing techniques\n 	How to find and develop your unique
  voice\n 	Perfect performance skills to draw your audience in\n\nThe progr
 am is led by Tellin’ Tales Theatre Program Director Stephen Donart who h
 as a master's in theater and curriculum instruction and design and more th
 an 30 years of experience teaching\, directing and performing for schools 
 and the professional stage.\n\nThe workshop price is $50.  However\, Tell
 in’ Tales wants its programs to be accessible to all and supports the pa
