 scussion of "A Family-Centered Research Agenda for Improving Health Care T
 ransitions for Children with Special Health Care Needs" on Dec. 7 from 12 
 - 1 p.m.\n\nOver the past three years\, researchers and family leaders fro
 m across the country have partnered to develop a national research agenda 
 focused on improving the health care system for children and youth
  with special health care needs. A newly published article titled  "Im
 proving Health Care Transitions for Children and Youth with Special Health
  Care Needs" is part one in an eight-part series to be published as a 
 supplement to Academic Pediatrics.\n\nThe article's authors will discuss
  the health care transition process for adolescents and young adults with 
 special healthcare needs\,  their study's findings and reflect on the im
 plications of their recommendations.  Participants are encouraged to r
 ead the article prior to the webinar and engage in the question and answer
