DESCRIPTION:Free hybrid youth program providing worksite and college option
  tours and hands-on independent living skills for Chicago resident with di
 sabilities\n\nJoin the Family Resource Center on Disabilities and Access L
 iving to learn about "The Summer Transition Fast Track Series Program" on 
 June 18 from 12 to 1 p.m.\n\nAccess Living’s dynamic in-person youth pro
 gram is designed to empower Chicago residents with disabilities.\n\nAll me
 etings will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Participants can join these summer meeting
 s:\n\n 	In person on Tuesdays from July 9- Aug. 20\n 	Virtually on Wednesd
 ays from July 10 -Aug. 21\n\nExperienced mentors will lead all meetings. M
 eeting activities will include:\n\n 	Exploring future career paths through
  worksite and college tours\n 	Crafting a professional resume\n 	Mastering
  mock interviews\n 	Gaining valuable insights into disability awareness\n 
 	Enhancing independent living skills\n\nThe program is free. Participants 
 must provide proof of disability (Individualized Education Program or 504 
 Plan) and school enrollment when they register.\n\nRegister to learn about
