  for Parents" on Oct. 25 from 12 to 1 p.m.\n\nThis free webinar is for fam
 ily members\, guardians or home-based providers that would like to learn m
 ore about AAC (augmentative or alternative communication).\n\nSpeech Langu
 age Pathologist and AAC Specialist Heather Miller will introduce participa
 nts to the categories of AAC and provide examples of items within these ca
 tegories.\n\nShe will discuss the definitions of AAC and which students wi
 ll benefit from AAC supports. Participants will also learn:\n\n 	The vocab
 ulary specific to AAC and its use\n 	How to identify the features of low-\
 , mid- and high-tech AAC devices and supports\n 	How to access communicati
