 alls: Exploring Family Learning and Camps for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Chi
 ldren" on Feb. 28 from 7 to 8:30 p.m.\n\nThis panel discussion will offer 
 insight and information on learning opportunities outside of the classroom
  for children and youth who are deaf and hard of hearing and their familie
