 \n\nThe University of Chicago Medical Center is hosting a live webinar ser
 ies to help support deaf and hard-of-hearing children's return to the clas
 sroom.\n\nThe "COVID-19: Advocating for Students Who Are Deaf and Hard-of-
 Hearing" webinar is scheduled for 6 p.m. Aug. 19.\n\nTabitha Belhorn\, exe
 cutive director for Ohio Hands and Voices will share advocacy strategies t
 o use during the COVID-19 pandemic.\n\nBelhorn\, MS\, is the mother of thr
 ee children\, of whom the oldest is deaf. She has worked with families for
  over 15 years\, providing resources\, guidance and support to families of
  children who are deaf or har- of-hearing. She has experience supporting f
 amilies of children who are deaf\, hard-of-hearing\, deafblind and deaf pl
