 with special needs\n\nThe Arc of Illinois and the Resource Center for Auti
 sm and Developmental Delays (RCADD) are hosting a lunchtime webinar on "Di
 tch the Diapers: Toilet Training for Children With Special Needs."\n\nThe 
 presentation is scheduled for 12 p.m. Jan. 12.\n\nThe presenter is Laura B
 rown\, M.Ed.\, Disability Specialist at the RCADD.\n\nMs. Brown has extens
 ive experience in designing and implementing interventions and differentia
 ting instruction to meet children’s individual needs. As a former specia
 l education teacher focusing on students with autism\, she has worked in p
 ublic schools and the therapeutic day school setting.\n\nParticipants will
  learn answers to these common questions:\n\n 	How to know if my child is 
 ready?\n 	What do I need to set my child up for success and how do I use v
 isuals?\n 	Do I need to use a reward or motivator?\n 	How do I tackle comm
 on problems such as being scared to flush\, using too much toilet paper an
