  to 1 p.m.\n\nEnvision Illinois is a collaborative project that brings tog
 ether self-advocates and domestic violence and disability organizations ac
 ross Illinois to transform services for people with disabilities and Deaf 
 people who have experienced domestic violence.\n\nPresenters Krescene Beck
  and Mary Hettel will discuss:\n\n 	Domestic violence and its prevalence a
 mong people with disabilities\n 	How to respond to a disclosure of or some
 one telling you about domestic violence that is happening\n 	Why collabora
 tion is key to supporting victims with disabilities\n 	Resources available
  from the Envision Illinois Resource Corner\n\nKrescene has a lifetime of 
 experience supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilit
 ies. She has focused on helping people with disabilities who experience vi
 olence for nearly two decades.\n\nMary began working with the Envision Ill
 inois state team when the project was founded in 2013. In the last 10 year
 s\, she has helped build support and increase understanding about how dome
 stic violence affects people with disabilities and Deaf people.\n\nSee the
