 er Aubrey Thornton is a licensed clinical social worker and a sibling of a
 n individual with a disability. Her presentation will include:\n\n 	An ove
 rview of self-care and why its necessary\n 	Completing a self-assessment\n
  	Identifying areas of improvement for self-care\n 	Implementing strategie
 s to take care of ourselves\n\nAubrey has years of experience working with
  individuals with disabilities across the lifespan and their families. She
  works at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) on a research projec
 t through the Department of Pediatrics and Disability and Human Developmen
