 proving outcomes\n\nThe Arc of Illinois' Illinois Life Span and Family t
 o Family Health Information Center will kick off their monthly webinar ser
 ies for 2025 with "Functional Behavior Analysis (FBA) and Behavior Interve
 ntion Plan (BIP)" on Jan. 21 from 12 to 1 p.m.\n\nPresenter Zoubida Pasha 
 provides bilingual parent advocacy and support for the Family Resource Cen
 ter on Disabilities (FRCD). Zoubida has worked at FRCD for over 14 years.
  She also has experience working with the Parent Educators Partnership (IL
  - PEP ) project through the State Board of Education and Chicago Public S
 chools.\n\nZoubida will provide participants with practical skills for:\n\
 n 	Assessing and addressing challenging behaviors\n 	Developing a structur
 ed process that leads to meaningful interventions\n 	Improving outcomes\n\
