  and Tricks to Keep Calm at Home" on Sept. 23 from 12 to 12:50 p.m.\n\nThe
  pandemic has impacted everyone in some way. Challenges such as isolation\
 , loss of loved ones\, school interruptions\, financial worries and confli
 cts with loved ones have led to more mental health issues for adults and c
 hildren. This series will help parents navigate what they can do to help 
 themselves and their kids in the aftermath.\n\nThis first webinar will hel
 p participants recognize how the pandemic has affected our relationships a
 nd how we can help our children be stronger as we move into the post-pande
 mic world.\n\nThe link will be live at 11:45 a.m. for individuals who want
  to join early for informal networking with parents and other interested p
